What does this PR do?
Sets up Storybook with Vite for the DevUI project and adds basic stories for six core components:
Why is this needed?
This PR adds an isolated environment for UI component development and testing.
Contributors can now preview components without running the entire app, making development faster and more modular.
Current Status
✅ Storybook launches successfully using
⚠️ Some stories are partially functional (components still loading) — can be enhanced in future PRs.
npm run storybook.Note: Initial setup was verified with Storybook 8.6.14 + React + Vite.
